How do I know if I'm in-network?

Please send me an email or fill out the contact form that says "I'm ready," and we will notify you if we are in-network with your insurance. We are currently in-network with Cigna, Anthem, Kaiser Mid-Atlantic, BCBS FEP, Aetna


Do you accept Zelle payments?

Yes.


Do you accept Cash App?

No, I do not and do not anticipate accepting Cash App in the future.


Do you accept Venmo?

No, I do not accept Venmo and do not expect to accept it in the future.


Do you accept checks?

No, I do not accept checks at this time.


Do you offer free consultations?

Yes, I offer a 15-minute consultation to determine if our services are appropriate for you.


What are your hourly rates?

Individual sessions are $90.00 per hour. Couples sessions are $180.00 per hour.


Do you provide refunds?

No, I do not provide refunds. Payment is due at the time of service, and copays are due at the time of service.


Do you offer a sliding scale?

Yes, we offer a sliding scale on an individual basis

What issues do you help people with?

I address issues such as addictions, stress and anxiety, compulsive behaviors, trauma, stress and anger management, improving communication skills, modifying and improving self-talk, behavioral modification, motivation, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or if you just need someone to talk to.


Are you currently accepting in-person sessions?

No, not at this time. I hope to provide in-person sessions soon, so please keep an eye on our website for updates. Currently, I am offering only online or virtual sessions.


Do you work with children?

Yes, we currently work with ages 13 to 17.


Do you conduct psychological evaluations?

No, I currently refer out for psychological evaluations, but I plan to offer this service in the future.


Do you provide case management services?

Not at this time, but I expect to offer this service in the near future.


Do you provide peer services?

Not at this time, but I expect this to change soon.


Do you offer services in languages other than English?

Not at this time, but I expect to offer services in additional languages in the future.


What are your service hours?

Hours are between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, depending on scheduling.


Does insurance cover coaching services?

No, insurance companies do not consider coaching a clinical service; it is only covered by cash or credit card payments.


How often can I see a therapist?

You can see a therapist as often as you'd like, but insurance companies may have restrictions. This frequency will be discussed with you.


How long do coaching sessions typically last?

Coaching can last anywhere between six months and two years, depending on your needs.


Do you partner with other organizations for coaching?

Yes, I partner with various agencies and organizations to provide services we do not offer.


Do you provide medication management?

Not currently, but I expect to offer this service in the future.


Do you provide services to couples?

Yes, I offer couples therapy and plan to expand these services in the near future.


Is there a fee for no-shows or cancellations?

Yes, there is a $40 fee for no-shows. There is no fee for cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours are considered no-shows and will incur a $40 fee.


Do you provide workshops for employers or corporations?

Yes, I offer workshops to improve employee cohesion, morale, collaboration, and motivation.


Do you use a secure electronic health system?

Yes, I use a HIPAA-compliant electronic health system.

Can you provide therapy to my spouse and individual therapy to myself?

Unfortunately, I cannot provide both individual and couples therapy to the same clients. We can only provide one type of therapy at a time.
